Privacy Policy
Tucson Yard Works collects a small amount of information, uses it for a narrow purpose, and does not trade it. The sections below give the detail.
1. Information collected
Three sources, and no others:
- Telephone. Incoming calls present the calling number. Anything described during the call about the property, the site or the work is noted. Calls may be recorded, principally so that access details and measurements taken by ear are accurate later.
- Website forms. Whatever is typed into a quote request — typically a name, a way of replying, and a description of the work.
- Automatic technical data. Standard server and analytics information: browser and device type, pages requested, and the approximate geographic region of the request.
2. Purpose of use
Information is used to reply to an enquiry, to prepare and schedule an estimate, and to perform agreed work. It is not used to build advertising profiles, and it is not used to initiate contact with anyone who has not first contacted us.
3. Disclosure
No personal information is sold, rented or exchanged. Access is limited to those arranging or carrying out the work, and to service providers acting on our behalf under our instruction — for example telephony and website hosting. Disclosure otherwise occurs only where required by law.
4. Retention
Enquiry and job records are retained for as long as they remain relevant to scheduling, follow-up and business records, then disposed of.
5. Cookies and analytics
Standard analytics may set cookies to measure traffic and page use. Browser settings can block or remove them; this site does not require cookies to function.
6. Your options
You may ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. You may also ask that a call not be recorded — say so at the start of the call.
